Remember that it is very dangerous to stay at the beach without any protection from the sun. Whenever you come to the beach, limit time in the sun, especially between peak sunlight hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.; wear protective clothing, including a broad-brimmed hat, a shirt with sleeves that cover the arms, and a long skirt or pants with long legs; and use a protective sunscreen to minimize the penetration of the sun's ultraviolet (UV) rays. In addition, try to get some shade, heatstroke is a horrible feeling and something that can be avoided. Remember that sunburns can permanently damage your skin, try to be protected. We are waiting for you at the Sunbreeze Hotel, do not hesitate on coming and enjoying the beach!

Traveling Tips: How is sunburn prevented?

Traveling Tips: What clothes should I take?
1. Coordinate your clothes around one or two basic colors. This cuts down on the number of shoes and accessories you have to bring.
2. Take into account the climate of the place you are visiting, this will help you to do a better selection of the clothes you are taking. If you are visiting Belize, of course, bring fresh clothes and light colors.
3. Take as few clothes as possible. Think about laundering. One person suggested one week's worth of clothes. I take fewer unless they are my washable silks.
4. Wear and carry washable silk clothing whenever possible. It is as warm as and as cool as cotton.
5. Take with you a plastic rain coat.
6. Take older clothes that can be discarded along the way, great for growing children. In many places, local people are pleased to get these castoffs. There are travelers who take nothing but old clothes so they have that much more room for bringing souvenirs home.
7. Jeans - never take them as they take so long to dry. If both the time and money for laundering are concerns, take lighter weight pants.
Whenever you visit the Sunbreeze Hotel and the beach, take into account all those tips and you will have a most relaxed trip. For more information about our hotel visit: http://www.facebook.com/sunbreezehotel

Our home away from home
We’ve been traveling to Belize for 16 years. We always go in January and we always stay at the Sunbreeze, The staff there is wonderful and the service superb. We are always happy to arrive in San Pedro because there is always a smiling face waiting for us.. The location is fantastic for a Belize Hotel, right at the edge of town. You are walking within distance to all the shopping, stores and most of the fine restaurants. We will certainly be going back for many years to come, God willing!

Tips for the Perfect Honeymoon
We already know that Belize is just a perfect paradise to come and enjoy your honeymoon, so here, some tips you should take into account when honeymooning.
1. Use a travel agent. Agents rarely charge for their services and, thanks to their expertise and computerized systems, good travel agents almost always save their clients money as well as time.
2. Begin planning early. That way, you’ll have plenty of time to research your trip it’s actually part of the fun! and you’ll be able to get exactly what you want. It is a great way to spend time with your loved one.
3. Share the planning. After all, this honeymoon is for both of you. If you make all the decisions, you’ll feel guilty if things don’t go perfectly. Converse about it; take part in planning; if not, you may end up dissatisfied.
4. Set a tentative budget. Talk about your expectations and priorities so you can agree before you go about what can you afford.
5. Take it easy. The first few days so you can recover from post-wedding exhaustion and focus on each other. Don’t try to do too much remember, you’ll have lots of time to travel together, but only one honeymoon.
7. Register for your honeymoon with a travel agent or tour operator. Gifts are put toward the total cost of your trip. You may get a discount.
9. Pack a sense of humor. A bit of flexibility can go a long way on a honeymoon. Expect that things won’t always go as planned. Do what you can to remedy the situation, then relax and enjoy your honeymoon. Years, or even a few hours from now, you’ll probably laugh.
10. Tell the world you’re honeymooners! Don’t be ashamed about your status you’re likely to enjoy special treatment such as complimentary champagne in-flight, or a gift basket in your room.
